Products in cart are not reserved until payment is confirmed.
Return and Exchange Policy
Customers have 14 days from the date of product receipt to request a return or exchange. The customer is responsible for the purchase of the return shipping label. We do not provide you with a prepaid return label. You may return the product using any shipping carrier of your choice, such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Upon return of the product, the original shipping fee of $7.95 or $8.95 will be refunded plus the value of the order for anything being returned.
Once the returned item is received, we will process your refund, and you will receive an email confirmation. For exchanges, please include a note specifying the desired colors and sizes.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the entire order is returned. If you purchased two products and only return one, the shipping charge of $7.95 or $8.95 will not be refunded.
