Where to place your Jetti weights?
Easy to Affix: Simply wrap the flexible silicone band around your Jetti pole and hook.
- Min resistance: place one weight just below the top grip of each pole.
- Mid resistance: position one weight on either side of both middle grips.
- Max resistance: position one weight just below each of the four end grips.
Each weight weighs 2.5 ounces. Each order comes with 4 weights.

How to use:

Open the attachment area on the pole
Locate the section where the add-on weights connect near the grip area of the Jetti Pole. -
Snap or slide the weights onto the pole
Each of the four 2.5 oz weights is designed to “attach easily” to the poles. Add one weight at a time until secure. -
Balance the weight evenly between both poles
Jetti recommends starting with one weight per pole and increasing gradually as strength and endurance improve.
Care Instructions:
- Wipe down with a wet cloth to clean
- Do not leave them in hot cars
- Avoid direct sunlight/heat near windows because heat can warp components
